All of our Last Minute Deals, Special Offers and Packages are designed to offer a tremendous amount of savings to our loyal guests during a time when the inn is not generally full. Please keep in mind with each promotional offer there are a variety of terms and conditions that apply. We hope this helps to explain how each of the Terms and Conditions work. All Special Offers are Valid Sunday through Thursday:
All Last Minute Deals, Special Offers and Packages are only available Sunday through Thursday unless otherwise specified. Certain packages including Bon Voyage are available on Friday and Saturday.
All Special Offers Exclude Holiday and Special Event Periods:
Blackout dates include, but are not limited to the following dates unless otherwise noted or approved by the General Manager: Thanksgiving week, Christmas to New Years week, Martin Luther King Weekend, Valentines Day and Presidents Weekend, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. We reserve the right to exclude or add additional special event periods to the above list.
All Packages are Based on Availability:
All packages and promotions are based on availability. Please know that there are a specified and limited number of packages available per night, regardless of actual hotel availability. Furthermore, if we anticipate the hotel will be 80% or more occupied, all packages and specials offers will no longer be available to reserve for that night.
Must Mention Package at Time of Reservation to Guarantee Rate:
To guarantee a Last Minute Deal, Special Offer or Package, guests will need to request the offer at the time of reservation and the inn will send a confirmation, guaranteeing the special rate or package offer. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a special rate or package to be available if mentioned after the initial reservation was made, including pre-check in, during the stay or at check-out.
Valid for 1 Frequent Sleeper Credit:
Special Offers or Discounts only qualify for one Frequent Sleeper Loyalty point per night. Stay One Night Receive Your Second Night Free only qualifies for 1 point total, not per night. If paying full regular rate you will receive two points per night for Frequent Sleeper credit. Guests reserving through third-party reservation systems such as Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com, etc., will not receive points toward the Frequent Sleeper Loyalty program.
Certain Room Types Are Excluded:
Many of our Last Minute Deals, Special Offers or Packages are developed around specific room types and their respective room rates. Due to this, certain room types are excluded from the package.
May Not Be Combined with Other Special Offers:
All Last Minute Deals, Special Offers and Packages may not be combined with other specials offers. If there are numerous packages available during your dates of stay, we are more than happy to determine which offer presents the best value for your stay.
All promotional packages require a one-week cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled at least seven days prior to the check-in date, there is no charge. However, there will be a one-night charge to the guest's credit card if the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the check-in date.
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $25 per person per night for each additional guest. All requests for a rollaway or futon must be made prior to check in, and cannot be guaranteed. Please call the inn directly to determine if your guestroom can accommodate an additional person.
